Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, organized Content Producer to help tell our story online.
At Top Line HVAC, we design, install, and service high-performance heating and cooling systems across Canada — and we want our content to reflect the same professionalism, precision, and reliability as our work. This role blends creativity with structure: filming installations, designing posts, managing platforms, and understanding what actually performs.
You’ll be working closely with The Director and the team to document real projects, create marketing material, and maintain a consistent, active online presence.
What You’ll Do
Create and publish content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Film and edit project content (installations, system upgrades, behind-the-scenes work, educational breakdowns)
Design graphics and visual assets (Photoshop / Illustrator)
Write captions and optimize posts for search & discoverability (SEO basics)
Schedule and manage posts (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms)
Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta / Facebook)
Review analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute weekly content
Tools You’ll Likely Use (Provided or Reimbursed)
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Basic video editing software (Premiere / CapCut / Final Cut — any is fine)
Google Analytics
Social scheduling platforms
Keyword research tools
What Helps You Succeed
Experience in content creation or digital marketing (especially for service-based businesses)
Strong eye for visuals and detail
Comfortable working independently
Organized and consistent — posting regularly matters more than perfection
Interest in learning how real-world service businesses grow online
For Up-and-Comers
The Director believes skill can be taught — reliability and effort cannot.
If you’re early in your career but:
You’ve been practicing
You have a small portfolio or personal page
You genuinely want to improve
You’re encouraged to apply.
We’re open to giving the right motivated individual an opportunity and helping them grow into the role.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll see projects from rough-in to final system startup — not just stock content. If you enjoy documenting real work and turning it into engaging media, you’ll likely find this role rewarding.
