What you'll be doing
The key objective of this role is to support the Social Media & PR Manager in defining and delivering the Social Media Strategy, developing Freedom's social organic channels to drive online traffic and engagement.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Grow and amplify social channels, increasing awareness, engagement, advocacy and developing an enviable brand image through the ideation, development and deployment of effective social content.
Support the development of a Social Media Plan in conjunction with the PR & Social Media Manager including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. Liaising with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment across organic and paid social activities.
Grow social media, drive new audiences online and instore and actively engage audiences working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for paid social activities.
Manage all current social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and new channels for Freedom including TikTok and Threads, working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for paid social activities.
Execute editorial calendars for social channels.
Co-ordinate the production of all social media content (in conjunction with other stakeholders) - inclusive of briefs, stakeholder sign off, production and deployment.
Analyse and report social media actions monthly for success and new opportunities.
Who you are
Minimum three years' experience in a social/digital
Tertiary Degree ideally in marketing
Experience with third-party social platforms for planning, posting, reporting and listening.
Experience and practical examples of producing own social content, from storyboard to screen.
Creative & confident team player who has the ability to negotiate, multi-task and influence others.
