The Role
To devise, manage and execute digital marketing and communication initiatives which result in increased brand awareness, drive traffic to the company’s website and generate leads through the use of social media. The role will assists the company in reaching its marketing, sales and business growth targets and ensures it stays at the forefront of new technologies and opportunities in the digital advertising space.
The candidate will need to withhold the following skill set.
Analytical skills
Ability to analyse data, metrics and customer behaviours.
Identify trends, patterns and insights for better decision making.
Communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for communicating and driving ideas, creating compelling digital marketing initiatives and managing social media accounts.
Creativity
Ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas and campaigns that stand out and engage audiences.
Proficient in problem solving, writing, visual art, copy writing and creative development.
Technical skills
Proficient in using various digital marketing tools such as Google analytics, Google Ad words, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Confident in the use of learning and improving content management systems and customer relationship management systems.
Proficient in the use of photography and videography equipment.
Skilled in video editing through the use of video editing softwares.
