Develop and execute content strategies tailored to Reddit and niche online communities.
Write, edit, and format engaging posts, comments, and guides that reflect Vanguard’s voice and values.
Monitor trends and conversations to identify opportunities for meaningful engagement.
Curate and amplify relevant content, including press coverage and thought leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to internal stakeholders.
Build relationships with community members and influencers to foster trust and credibility.
Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate creative brainstorms, project updates, and feedback loops.
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure timely, compliant publishing.
Use platform best practices—like tagging, cross-posting, and community participation—to boost visibility and engagement.
What it takes:
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or community management.
Deep understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics.
Strong writing skills with a knack for clarity, tone, and audience resonance.
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Experience with social media tools like Khoros, Meltwater, and Talkwalker.
Comfort navigating regulated environments and adapting to change.
