Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Content Writer & Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms while being adept at analyzing performance metrics to optimize and improve our strategies. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset to ensure our social media efforts are both impactful and data-driven. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation: - Develop, write, and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. 2. Content Strategy: - Plan and execute social media content calendars. - Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and tailor content strategies to meet their objectives. 3. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms. - Generate regular reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve content performance and strategy. - Track and report on competitor activities and industry trends. 4. Community Management: - Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. - Foster a positive community and manage any potential negative interactions. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. - Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role in a digital marketing agency or related industry. - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Experience with social media management tools - Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). - Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
