As a Content Writer + Social Media Executive at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Write scripts and captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos
- Suggest and develop hook-driven, viral content ideas around business, leadership, relationships, mindset, etc.
- Collaborate with our video team to write concise, high-impact scripts (under 60 seconds)
- Write descriptions, titles, and hashtags optimized for reach and SEO
- Design or coordinate basic thumbnails (via Canva or with a designer)
- Post regularly on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Manage a posting calendar to ensure consistent engagement and follower growth
Qualifications Required:
- Strong grasp of storytelling, hooks, and short-form content trends
- Excellent writing skills in English + Hinglish
- Basic design sense (Canva, thumbnail layout, etc.)
- Social media awareness (Instagram, YouTube, trends)
- Organized and able to meet timelines
