$70k package (includes Super & Incentives)

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will be tasked with implementing captivating & on brand comms and activations that drive consumer engagement.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Day to Day operation of Brook’s social media channels.
Content scheduling/posting
Community management
Work with marketing team on strategy & development (this includes weekly content shoots, all editing, advance planning to align with marketing campaigns and content focuses.)
Producing content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, both internally and externally to drive social growth and community engagement.
Assist in capturing and re-sharing user-generated content (UGC)
Attend marketing events & activities (ie Sponsored Races)
Monitor, analyse and report on social media trends & competitor activities.
Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Super Social! You have a passion for multiple social media platforms and an awareness of how to best utilise for brand comms & objectives
Tertiary qualified in Marketing/Communications
Experience creating social media content including taking photos and filming video content, editing, and posting.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to empathise with customers/stakeholders to facilitate positive engagement and outcomes
An enthusiastic team player who relishes collaboration
Last but not least, a passion for running or related fitness activities!
