About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to help grow our Phone repair and accessories brands through engaging digital content. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating visual content, and has strong skills in graphic design and content production.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Take ownership of multiple brands across the business, with the audacity to elevate them, create viral content, and push the brand to the next level
Design engaging graphics, videos, and promotional content using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Capture and produce photo and video content for social media campaigns
Manage daily social media activity including comments, messages, and engagement
Work with the Marketing & Ecommerce team to develop and execute creative campaigns and promotional content.
Monitor social media performance and provide simple reports on engagement and growth
Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities
Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions
Skills & Requirements
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
Experience using Canva and other content creation tools
Ability to create short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
Advance understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Advance knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, or reporting tools is a plus
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is desirable
Strong creativity with attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills

Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
