We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team at Barry Plant Berwick, Pakenham & Drouin. In this full-time in Office role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content to promote our real estate services across various platforms. Based in our Pakenham office, you will play a key part in enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
This role is in Office
Manage and maintain our company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create and curate compelling, on-brand content to showcase our properties, services, and company culture
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
Monitor and analyse social media performance, using insights to optimise content and tactics
Collaborate with the marketing team to align with Head Office branding
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our presence remains relevant and engaging
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a social media coordinator or content creator role, preferably within the real estate or property industry
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create eye-catching, on-brand content
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
Familiarity with content creation tools and software, such as Canva
Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for trends and emerging opportunities
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
