Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Social Media Coordinator to help build and scale the social presence for Rice & Noodle across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, editing, posting, and community engagement across multiple restaurant locations.
If you’re someone who understands trends, knows how to make engaging short-form content, and wants to take ownership of a growing brand’s social presence, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Film and capture content across restaurant locations (food, staff, real moments)
Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
Post consistently across platforms (daily content + stories)
Manage comments and DMs
Organize and maintain a weekly content calendar
Work closely with the marketing manager to execute content ideas, campaigns, and promotions
Content Expectations
1 Reel per day
~10 posts per week
Daily stories
Mix of trends, original content, and brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
Ability to film and edit content quickly (iPhone is fine)
Good eye for pacing, hooks, and engaging edits
Organized and able to manage content across multiple locations
Self-starter who can take direction and execute independently
Based locally and able to travel between locations when needed
Nice to Have
Experience working with food or restaurant brands
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience using scheduling tools
