Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
• Assist in developing, writing, and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Design graphics, edit photos, and create videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
2. Scheduling and Posting:
• Schedule and publish posts on alternative social media platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Facebook and youtube).
3. Community Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
• Respond to audience inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
4 . Campaign Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Assist in executing company events, photo shoots, vendor coordination and other creative initiatives.
5. Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform social media strategies.
6. Administrative Support:
• Handle administrative tasks such as contract management, payment processing, and record-keeping.
• Assist the marketing team with other tasks as needed. (Influencer dispatches, etc)
7. Campaign Coordination:
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
8. Outreach and Communication:
• Contact influencers and initiate communication for potential collaborations.
• Draft and send collaboration proposals, follow-up emails, and negotiate terms.

• Serve as a point of contact between the Creative Head and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
• Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity and a strong eye for visual design
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the fashion or bridal industry is a plus
• Knowledge of photography and photo editing is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
