Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. This role involves managing social media accounts for our brands and clients, engaging with communities, and creating compelling content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, identifying opportunities to create timely and relevant content.
• Be confident in front of the camera and willing to be the face of some campaigns, representing our brands and clients.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (both written and visual) tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content, including videos and photos, for social media campaigns.
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and brand identity.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or entry-level experience is acceptable).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
• A creative mindset with a passion for content creation, including video and photo editing.
• Confidence and presence in front of the camera, with a willingness to be featured in video content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
