Job Overview:
Realatte Ventures LLP is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence of our real estate clients. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media strategies in alignment with the marketing objectives of real estate projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Content Creation:
Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and written content.
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote real estate projects, events, and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture online communities to foster engagement and interaction with the target audience.
Collaborate with influencers and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the success of social media initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.
Ad Campaigns:
Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor ad spend and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in real estate or related industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
