Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, optimizing SEO performance, generating leads, and maintaining the company's website. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and performance analysis to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management
Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create and schedule posts, stories, and ads aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Monitor social media channels and respond to queries or comments in a timely manner
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better reach, engagement, and ROI
2. SEO & Website Management
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings
Regularly update website content, blog posts, landing pages, and visual elements
Coordinate with developers or designers for any technical updates or improvements
3. Lead Generation
Plan and implement lead generation campaigns via social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
Monitor lead funnel, track conversions, and work with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads
Optimize landing pages and CTAs to increase lead capture efficiency
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO tools to track KPIs
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics
Make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and SEO
Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and content strategy
Creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
