Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing & Strategy
Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, websites, campaigns, and social media.
Write SEO-optimized long-form and short-form content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and emailers.
Adapt tone and messaging to suit different brand identities and audiences.
Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to align content with visual assets and technical strategies.
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Optimize social media profiles and strategies to drive engagement and follower growth.
Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with in-house designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
Client & Brand Coordination
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent brand voice and quality.
Serve as the content and social media lead in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in content writing and social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of creating SEO-friendly content and managing social media for multiple brands.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices and algorithm trends.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take full ownership of deliverables.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva, etc.
Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
Preferred
Experience in fintech, NGO, fashion, or alcobev domains.
Working knowledge of paid social and basic performance marketing concepts.
