Content Planning & Execution
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Write captions and post copy tailored to each platform
Coordinate with designers for creatives
Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms
Platform Management
Manage platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (as required)
Ensure profiles are up to date (bio, links, highlights)
Adapt tone and format per platform
Community Management
Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Flag leads, complaints, or important queries to the team
Maintain brand voice while interacting with audiences
Reporting & Insights
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks)
Prepare monthly performance reports
Share insights and improvement suggestions based on data
Coordination
Collect content inputs from internal teams or clients
Manage approvals and posting schedules
Maintain content trackers and documentation
