Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Manage and maintain various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Create and publish engaging and high-quality content across social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and propose innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Engage with online communities and respond to user comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct social media listening and monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate actions.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using relevant tools and platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest strategies to improve our social media presence and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media channels.
• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
