Social Media Executive Responsibilities:
1. Training and supervising a cohort of social media specialists.
2. Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
3. Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
4. Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
5. Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
6. Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
7. Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
8. Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.

10. Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
Social Media Executive Requirements:
1. Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
2. Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
3. Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
4. Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
5. In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
6. Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
7. Flexible and engaging writing style.
8. Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

10. Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
