About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. Our social media presence is critical to driving leads, building brand awareness, and showcasing our expertise to potential clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms that aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and target audience
Create engaging and relevant content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the industry
Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Engage with our followers and clients through social media, including responding to comments and messages and building relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics and videos to accompany social media posts
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive leads and increase brand awareness
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B setting or worked for an agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly LinkedIn
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
Experience with social media advertising and managing budgets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms
Appreciation for aesthetic
