Full Job Description
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct social media listening and monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and budget management, to maximize reach and conversions.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategies are innovative and effective.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to foster collaborations and amplify our social media reach and impact.
Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing customer queries, complaints, and reviews promptly and professionally.
