Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for growth and engagement on social media platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, news, and updates for social media posts.
Social Media Account Management:
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with followers, initiate discussions, and build a strong online community.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices for each social media channel.
Social Media Advertising and Promotion:
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and budgets as needed, and optimize ad creatives.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors for social media collaborations and promotions.
• Leverage social media platforms' advertising features and targeting options to maximize reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging social media platforms or features.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic photo and video editing skills.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
