About the job
As a Social media executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling services through online platforms, primarily social media. The successful candidate will manage social media accounts, create and execute social media campaigns, engage with customers online, and handle our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and create engaging content to attract new customers and maintain current ones
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies as necessary
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and customers
• Meet sales targets and report on sales performance regularly
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, BCA or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Social media executive or similar role- minimum Min 1 yrof experience
• Experience in managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
