Job Description: Social Media Marketer
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketer and Analyst to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for analysing our company's clients' social media pages and websites (if available), identifying areas for improvement, recommending strategies, and helping them grow their online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive successful social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
1.Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' social media pages and websites to assess their current performance and identify areas for improvement.
2.Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance clients' online presence, increase engagement, and drive organic growth.
3.Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
4.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
5.Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommended actions.
6.Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals, and provide tailored social media recommendations accordingly.
7.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and stay ahead of industry trends.
8.Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for clients' social media platforms, including posts, captions, images, and videos.

10.Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
11.Monitor online conversations, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation for clients.
12.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent content delivery.
13.Provide social media training and guidance to clients, empowering them to effectively manage their own social media presence.
14.Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to improve social media marketing efforts
