UBP Group is busy in assisting for immigration, international education and IELTS/PTE coaching while operating businesses in Australia and India. We are seeking an exceptional and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our business's online presence across various public platforms. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, management, and execution of social media initiatives. You will also be involved in developing and implementing related to creative content, managing social media accounts, analysing performance metrics, and engaging with the audience. You will provide insightful reports on the impact of our key initiatives.
To thrive in this role, it is crucial to find the perfect harmony between delivering consistent and engaging content while sustaining the interest of our target audience.
Qualification:
Preferably passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, diploma holders or students currently studying university may apply.
Professional certificate in social media marketing is added advantage.
1 year of experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our company's online presence and brand visibility across various platforms.
· Create engaging and captivating content that resonates with our target audience, aligning with our brand voice and values.
· Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely posting of content.
· Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies accordingly.
· Conduct thorough research and analysis of audience behaviour, feedback, and preferences to optimise content and improve overall social media performance.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants (counselling and sales), admin executives and creative (graphic design), to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns across different channels.
· Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, demonstrating excellent customer service and fostering positive brand interactions.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends, proactively recommending innovative approaches to maximize reach and engagement.
· Track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools and prepare comprehensive reports on key performance metrics.
· Maintain awareness of competitors' social media activities, identifying areas of opportunity and suggesting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Safeguard access codes and account credentials, ensuring the security and integrity of our social media platforms.

Salary Range:
Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 per month + bonus + performance incentive
