We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of social media specialists, creating compelling written content, optimizing posts for various platforms, and analyzing the impact of our social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise a cohort of social media specialists.
• Create engaging and persuasive written content that prompts readers to take action.
• Collaborate with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure posts are visually appealing and engaging.
• Optimize content for publication across various social media platforms.
• Schedule posts for release at optimal times.
• Monitor user engagement and feedback on every post.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media publications.
• Maintain a secure database of all login credentials.
• Stay updated on changes to social media applications and explore the potential value of new platforms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements for Social Media Executive:
• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or a similar field.
• Previous experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite and its integrations.
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Ability to create authoritative and persuasive written content.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of relevant engagement metrics.
• Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate different time zones.
