Job Description
A Social Media Executive is an individual who handles all the social media activities of an enterprise. The social media activities are here referred to the social media campaigns, Paid promotions, social media ad campaigns, Impact measurements, drafting reports
Responsibilities :
• Managing Social Media platform for clients.
• Prepare Strategy for client and attend client meetings
• Make Content / Graphics changes as per client requirement
• Manage ongoing campaigns for various clients and coming up with proactive suggestions on improvement
• Cover live events done by the clients for Social Media
• Monitor feedback on website
• Competition analysis for better media presence
• Response and Query management on social media
• Awareness of Social listening tools
• Client Relationship Management
• Train and monitor interns on Social Media
• Keep up to date with any social media trends
• Track social media influencers
• Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
• Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
• Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis
• Assist & Execute social media performance reports
• Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Twitter, Facebook, Google + , snapchat , linkedin and Pinterest.
