We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team at Write Side Up Solutions. In this role, you will assist our Senior Social Media Managers in managing and enhancing our clients' online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Scheduling: Schedule and publish social media posts according to content calendars and client specifications.
• Monitoring and Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience as needed.
• Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies.
Qualifications:
•Keenness to learn and grow.
•Strong passion for and knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
•Basic experience with social media management tools and channels is a plus.
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a bonus.
•Past experience of 6 months to 1 year
