We are looking for a talented and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies for our clients and monitoring their online presence. You will work closely with the creative and account management teams to develop engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and target audience.
• Create and publish content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Work closely with account management to ensure that social media strategies align with overall client goals and objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our clients' brand identity and voice to ensure consistency across all social media channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years proven work experience as a social media executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and engaging copy. Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent writing and grammar skills is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to improve performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
