3. Key Objectives of the Job
Raising awareness for a complex and unacknowledged issue such as child ****** abuse on the digital platform.
4. Major Deliverables
Create and manage the organisation’s social media plan and calendar across all social media channels for campaigns and daily posting to sustain an engaging audience experience.
Visualising, creating posts as per the plan in collaboration with the design team and leadership team with the objective of increasing brand reach, engagement with relevant stakeholders.
Executing the Social Media plan, support in boosting, monitoring and response management across all Social Media channels
Research and analyse social media trends, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Creating monthly performance reports to measure and analyse results and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for learning and application for better month-on-month engagement.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and digital marketing. Make recommendations on the best practices to be followed as a process.
Reach out to Influencers and Celebs to collaborate with us.
Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within the social media space.
Shoot photos and videos for social media posts and for capturing the field work (within Mumbai)
Assist the Manager in any other marketing requirements, as assigned.
Help in managing the website with Digital Marketing (SEO / SEM), understanding the analytics.

7. Educational Qualification
MMS/BMM in Marketing & Communications or Graduate with relevant experience.
8. Desired Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with all social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook), content creation/social media campaigns for non-profit organisations. Basic knowledge of performance marketing, including digital marketing is an added advantage.

Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (Based on experience) +
Rs. 5000 Travel Reimbursement + Rs. 2000 Therapeutic Allowance + Rs. 5000 Annual Training Allowance
