We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and email campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a solid understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Ideation:
Develop innovative content ideas in GST, accounting, taxation, technology, and finance.
Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and impactful content.
Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts and email campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Video Editing:
Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and long-form content, incorporating basic graphics and transitions using tools such as Filmora, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
Research & Trend Analysis:
Conduct basic research on the latest social media trends, relevant topics, and video concepts to guide decision-making and content strategy.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
Leverage knowledge of social media algorithms to enhance content visibility and reach.
Key Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in Canva, Filmora, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and platform algorithms.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
