We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a flair for creating engaging content using AI tools. You will be responsible for crafting and publishing captivating social media posts, including text, images, and videos, to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audiences, and expand our social network.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and post creative and engaging content across our social media platforms using AI tools for content generation.
Create visually appealing images and videos that resonate with our target audience.
Schedule regular posts in line with the content calendar.
Social Media Engagement:
Increase engagement with target audiences through innovative social media strategies.
Monitor social media trends and leverage them to engage with followers.
Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
Social Media Network Expansion:
Implement strategies to increase followers and expand our social media network.
Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, and other partners to increase our social media reach.
Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve social media strategies.
Stay current with social media trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
You should be a computer graduate (BCA / BSc IT / B Tech)
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Creative mindset with strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum graduate with related training/degree will be preferred.
