Social Media Executive

Daily management of social media handles ( Instagram, Facebook)

· Working with Marketing & Content Manager to create & execute monthly social media calendar

· Ideating and creating engaging posts, stories, IGTV & reels for the handles

· Managing Influencer content

· Responding to comments, queries, and DMs

· Researching on new trends, suggesting new content types to explore

· Mapping competition social media initiatives, launches

· Assisting in creating social media reports

· Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

· Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.

· Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs. Listens to the audience

· Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

· Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

· Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information and competitor analysis.

· Research and monitor competitors social media activities to ensure brand safety and success

· Report progress and growth on all social campaigns to senior marketing management

· Support sales by cultivating leads from social media campaigns through a planned approach

· Collect and analyze customer data about visits and interactions to create comprehensive reports and use that information to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
