We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, analyzing campaign performance and driving brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms including written posts, images and reels.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor analytics, track performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to optimize strategies and drive innovation.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets and multimedia content that aligns with social media strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and other designing tools is must.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing techniques, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media algorithm changes and emerging platforms.
