We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to kick-start your career in social media marketing and gain hands-on experience in managing various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media platforms for trending topics and relevant discussions that align with our brand.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to meet business objectives.
Use social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Assist in creating and maintaining social media calendars and content calendars.
Conduct research to identify new opportunities for expanding our social media presence.
Assist in analyzing social media data to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Support the team in organizing and promoting events, contests, and other social media initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for social media and a good understanding of various social media platforms.
Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools is a plus.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (not mandatory for fresher positions).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing.
