Job Description for Social Media Content Creator

We are "Rupdarshi Designs Pvt. Ltd.", a leading brand in India that deals in ethnic wear, as in salwars, sharees, etc. The company was incorporated in 2005 and has had a good presence in the industry for more than 15 years. Currently, we are hiring for the position of ‘Social Media Content Creator’ to promote our awesome products to the world for brand awareness. People who have good hands-on experience and great creativity skills are most welcome.

Responsibilities:

A social media professional is responsible for managing & monitoring a company’s social media presence and helping in building its brand with consistent efforts to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

· Create and curate, developing & executing content calendars for social media (as in; Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

· Brand promotion/awareness

· Staying updated about the latest social media trends

· Creating & nurturing social media communities

· Create influences content for people engagement

· Managing social media account (such as respond to DMs, comments, get feedback from our online Clients)

· Tracking useful social media metrics

· Creating effective social media marketing campaign

· Report to work with shift adherences

Skills & Qualification:

· Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Robust organisational and multi-tasking skills

· Ability to craft engaging content

· Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends

· Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns

· Proven experience for similar role or social media manager

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices

· Experience in creating and curating social media content

· Graduate in Mass communication or diploma in digital marketing (preferred)

· Well versed in Photoshop/Canva or other similar applications for video editing

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Salary: 20k to 25k
