Rhubarb is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to lead and manage our social media presence, with the goal of enhancing our brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of the latest trends, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that our content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with our overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality visuals and collaborate with industry influencers to promote our brand
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Rhubarb's social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Content Strategy: Research and develop a content strategy that leverages the latest trends to create impactful social media campaigns.
• Content Creation: Produce and publish engaging posts that drive audience interaction and promote brand awareness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of visuals and videos for social media use.
• Scheduling: Use social media scheduling tools to plan and post content at optimal times.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community by engaging with followers through meaningful conversations, responding to comments, and fostering user interaction.
• Influencer Outreach: Connect with industry influencers to enhance brand promotions and expand our reach.
• Monitoring & Analytics: Track brand mentions, promote user-generated content and analyze social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Platform Expertise: Stay informed about the latest updates and features of social media platforms to keep Rhubarb's strategy fresh and innovative.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns managed and executed.
• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
• Experience with social media advertising, including ad creation and management.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and practices.
• Proficiency with social media post schedulers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic customer service skills to manage interactions with our audience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
