Social media strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals.
Roles
Content creation: Create engaging and relevant social media content, including images, videos, and written copy, for various platforms including website management.
Community management: Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community, including responding to comments and messages.
Analytics: Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking.
Brand management: Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity through social media,
including ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to develop integrated marketing
campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging
platforms to inform social media strategy.
Reporting: Create reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and results
to management and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications/Skill Set
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years’ experience in social media management
Exceptional multi-tasking skills, Technical knowledge
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
Strong problem solving skills
