Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and implement monthly content calendars across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other platforms.
Repurpose existing content (photos, videos, testimonials) into engaging reels, posts, and stories.
Collaborate with trainers and facilitators to create authentic, educational, and relatable content.
Campaigns & Promotions
Design and execute promotional campaigns for events, workshops, and new programs.
Work closely with the team to ensure brand tone and identity is consistent across all communication.
Engagement & Growth
Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Grow B FiT’s online community through interactive content, polls, and innovative storytelling.
Explore collaborations, partnerships, and influencer tie-ups where relevant.
Design & Visual Branding
Create visually appealing layouts and graphics aligned with B FiT’s identity.
Ensure brand presence is minimal, warm, and professional yet child-friendly.
Analytics & Reporting
Track insights, engagement, and campaign performance.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven results.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
