TradeClover (tradeclover.com) is a B2B marketplace platform connecting verified vendors and buyers across industries. We're an early-stage startup building something real and we need a creative, self-driven person to own our entire digital presence from day one.
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Location: Kandivali / Borivali, Mumbai
Compensation:₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
The Role
We're looking for one person who can handle everything digital — content, design, video, SEO, ads, and social media. You won't be doing just one thing. You'll own TradeClover's entire online presence and be responsible for building the brand from scratch.
What You'll Own
Social Media
Managing and growing all platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Business
Planning and executing a monthly content calendar
Writing captions, hashtags, and post copy across all platforms
Engaging with followers, responding to comments and DMs
Tracking performance and growing followers organically
Design & Content Creation
Designing posters, banners, infographics, and promotional creatives
Creating short-form videos, reels, and animations for social media
Designing icons, thumbnails, and visual assets for the platform
Creating pitch decks, brochures, and marketing materials
Video & Animation
Shooting and editing short videos and reels
Creating motion graphics and basic animations
YouTube video production — scripting, editing, uploading, optimizing
SEO & Website
On-page and off-page SEO for tradeclover.com
Keyword research, meta tags, descriptions, and content optimization
Writing and publishing SEO-friendly blog articles
Google Search Console and Analytics monitoring
Advertising & Paid Marketing
Running and managing Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
Google Ads campaigns
Monitoring ad performance, budgets, and ROI
WhatsApp Business promotional campaigns
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Designing and sending email campaigns via Brevo or similar tools
Managing WhatsApp broadcast lists and promotional messages
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut, Illustrator or similardesign and video tools
Knows how to create reels, short-form videos, and animations — not just static posts
Strong understanding of SEO basics — not just theory
Has run Meta or Google Ads before — even at a small scale
Understands B2B content — this is not a fashion brand, content needs to be professional and targeted
Self-driven — can plan, execute, and deliver without being micromanaged
Strong eye for design and branding consistency
Good written English and Hindi
Nice to Have
Experience managing social media for a startup or B2B brand
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API
Basic photography or product shoot experience
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools
