Location of the Job: Mumbai (Khar)

Expected CTC offering: 3,50,000- 4,00,000

KCROASTERS-By Koinonia (earlier known as Koinonia Coffee Roasters) is a vertically integrated coffee company. We source speciality coffee beans from Indian farmers, create artisanal roast profiles, and supply equipment and expertise that enables quality coffee consumption. Specific Responsibilities:
-Lead Online Marketing Campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Generate Lead Conversions, and engage with Customers on social media platforms
- Manage and Execute: All social media platforms everyday
- Assist and lead digital marketing strategy through SEO, SEM, including website maintenance, near analytics, content marketing, and E-Com marketing campaign management
-Be able to work with measurement tools to measure effective lead generation, Customer feedback, and track effectiveness of the campaign
-Collaborate with photographers/videographers and manage shoots
- Accountable for business marketing and business development budgets
- Manage hygiene on marketplaces of the company
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audience
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- University degree/Diploma Degree
- Bachelors/Masters from a recognised university
- Well versed with uplifting Social media experience (especially Instagram) for the company
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred
