Job Title: Social Media Intern/Executive
About the Company:
Collegepond is a premier career counseling and overseas education consultancy in India. We have over two decades of experience in counseling students and helping them get admission to top universities worldwide. We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media person to join our team in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for Collegepond's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and promote key messages, events, and initiatives, including influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep Collegepond's social media presence fresh, innovative and effective
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments promptly and professionally.
- Handle as well as grow the presence of our FB & Telegram groups
- Work with the team to develop video content creation which includes filming and editing reels.
- Manage Collegepond's social media calendar and ensure that all content is posted on time and in accordance with Collegepond's brand guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to face the camera and have experience filming and editing reels.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A creative thinker who is willing to take risks and try new ideas.
