Job Description
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Create and execute email marketing campaigns regularly
Adapting content to suit different channels
Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
Undertake audience research
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using social media insights
Recommend improvements to increase performance

Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent English writing skills
Familiar with using MailChimp for email marketing
Well-versed in using Canva or any editing platform of their choice
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of keyword research and social media analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Analytical and multitasking skills
BBA/MBA in Marketing or relevant field
