Job Description
We are looking for a talented Social media executive to help manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will help manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social Media Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends and the Indian arts sector. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Aid social media manager with generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily
• Help monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1+ years experience in social media management
• Knowledge of all Social Media advertising guidelines is required
Skills:
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Understanding of Indian arts and culture

Over the last 3 years, we have grown to over 60 employees working from our Jaipur and Mumbai offices.
