,As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, managing and creating content for social media accounts.
Your duties and responsibilities
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy focusing on building & widening overall awareness of the company's brand and other client accounts - curate topics, keyword research, create calendars, execute content creation (both written and Canva graphics) distribution, and account management.
Adapt the content to each platform's requirements - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics. Accordingly measure ROI and KPIs.
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
Digital Marketing Executive requirements
MUST HAVE:
At least TWO years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field, OR Industry accepted certifications in these fields.
Proven experience and proficient in using CANVA for graphics and MailChimp for email campaigns and newsletters.
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Portfolio of work samples to demonstrate experience. (In absence of a portfolio, you may be asked to provide a PAID sample, AFTER the interview)
GOOD TO HAVE:
Experince with Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, personal branding, thought leadership posts or content
Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Experience working with medical, pharma companies or in the healthcare industry.
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
