Selfdrive is looking for a smart, energetic, passionate and creative Female Social Media Executive to join our team.
As Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for content planning, scheduling and managing multiple social media accounts/pages with a focus on driving engagement, increasing brand awareness and fostering positive customer interactions. Your creativity, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities for Female Social Media Executive
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and content development by planning projects, creating co-operation strategy and giving priority to cross-promotions.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration, and measure engagement success.
• Manage day-to-day handling of all Social Media channels not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.
• Strong knowledge of trending hashtags & media planning.
• Facilitate scaling the brand and company awareness through various social media channels organically.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions to run on social media.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience preferably from Advertising, Public relations, marketing, events and Media communications.
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships.
• Strong knowledge about social media, etc.
• Strong understanding of both Selfdrive’s business and policy objectives, and its operational structure and goals.
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
• Ability to work in a team with designers to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of social media reporting, publishing and listening tools, such as: Hootsuite, Sysomos, Social Bakers and others.
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
