Location: 100% REMOTE
Salary: 15-25k monthly (depending on experience)
Job Description:
As a Social Media Executive at TwoStaff UK, you will play a key role in shaping our digital footprint. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, developing and executing social media strategies, and managing all aspects of our social media accounts. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about digital marketing, has a keen eye for detail, and is enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies to meet our business objectives, including audience engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online presence.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all social media platforms and campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy.
Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely social media presence.
Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools or platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
Social Media Policy: Maintain and enforce company social media policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
