Job Title: Social Media Expert
Reports To: Chairperson
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn, with a strong ability to create engaging content and drive brand awareness. In addition to social media management, the candidate should have proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and possess excellent communication skills to make calls when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to improve strategies and engagement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
Design and create visually appealing posts, stories, and banners tailored for different social media platforms.
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging.
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms to create eye-catching content.
PowerPoint Presentations:
Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication.
Ensure presentations are clear, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages.
Communication and Outreach:
Conduct calls and meetings with clients, partners, or stakeholders as required for social media campaigns or collaboration opportunities.
Maintain positive relationships with influencers, partners, and clients through effective communication.
Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and online communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn accounts for business purposes.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content creation.
Proficiency in PowerPoint to create professional and visually engaging presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make calls and interact with clients or partners professionally.
Creative, with a keen eye for design and detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and social media innovations.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
