Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals for digital platforms and managing end-to-end social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
• Create high-quality visual content including posters, banners, infographics, reels thumbnails, and other marketing materials for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and ensure designs are aligned with current trends and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Write compelling captions and assist with basic content creation.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow community presence.
Requirements
• Proven experience (1+ years) in graphic design and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, and other ad platforms.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field.
• Basic video editing skills (for reels/stories/shorts) are a plus.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Experience with social media analytics tools is preferred (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of SEO and social media trends.
• The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and employment service agreement of 2.5 year.
