Social Media Growth Lead (Personal Brands)

Overview
We are looking for a social media builder to grow the personal platforms of Justin Maderia and Travis Maderia, the co-founders and CEOs of Lobsterboys. This role focuses on building high-impact, high-engagement personal brands across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and live streaming on Twitch.
You should be both strategic and hands-on, with a clear point of view on what drives reach, engagement, and audience growth.
What You’ll Do
• Own organic growth and engagement strategy across all platforms
• Develop content, hooks, and formats that drive views, interaction, and retention
• Lead live stream strategy and execution on Twitch
• Work directly with founders + videographer to produce and publish daily content
• Turn PR, podcasts, and real moments into high-performing content
• Optimize posting, distribution, and performance
Requirements
• Proven success in organically building personal (creator/influencer) accounts
• Deep expertise in YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, X in particular - IG and Tik Tok secondarily
• Strong track record of driving engagement
• High energy, disciplined, collaborative and execution-focused
• Must be on-site in Miami
