Job Role: Social Media Handler
Duration: Full-time
Working days: 6 days a week
Mode: In-office
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Create engaging content such as posts, captions, stories, reels, and short videos. Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.
3. Design basic creatives using tools like Canva.
4. Upload posts as per the schedule and monitor posting timelines.
5. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
6. Assist in running social media campaigns and promotions, and track post performance (likes, reach, comments, shares).
7. Coordinate with the recruitment team for hiring-related and employer branding content.
8. Shoot and edit basic videos or reels when required.
9. Connect with companies for new contract.
10. Get candidates for the client requirement using a social media strategy.
